
Who am I?
Reece Humphrey is a decorated American wrestler, coach, and leader in the sport, known for his achievements on the mat and impact as a mentor. A three-time U.S. Open Champion and two-time World Team Member, Humphrey also earned NCAA All-American honors during his collegiate career at Ohio State University. After competing at the highest international levels, including the World Cup and Pan-American Championships, he transitioned to coaching, becoming the head coach of the NJRTC (New Jersey Regional Training Center). With a focus on technical mastery, mental toughness, and personal growth, Humphrey continues to inspire and develop the next generation of wrestlers, cementing his legacy as a respected figure in the wrestling community.
